OUR SPONSORS & VENDORS

Music Safari in the Media

“Our neighborhood is where all the musicians come to live, and I never knew that,” Holliday said. “I had the idea that if everyone played on their front porch on a Sunday afternoon, at the same time, the audience could walk around from house to house and sort of observe the musicians in their natural habitat, like a safari.”

— Advocate Oak Cliff

“When we consider the number of things Kathy Tran can do, and do well, very few people come close. You already know her as one of Dallas-Fort Worth’s most highly regarded photographers who has done some killer spreads and covers for the Observer. Her latest project is Music Safari, an outdoor music series that takes place outside nine Oak Cliff homes.”

— Dallas Observer

“Photographer Kathy Tran is a new addition to the neighborhood, and has been working diligently with her fiancé (Daniel Rockey) and business partners to use their new East Kessler Park home to invigorate the community through a shared vision of collaboration.”
