Each year the East Kessler Park Neighborhood Association hosts the “Music Safari” festival, where 9 porches transform in stages for live performances. Kessler Studios stands out as one of the most energetic stops, offering live music and local vendors!

Music Safari’s Battle of the Elements is a NEW concept dance battle featuring 8 incredible dancers.
How it works: Each challenged to embody the elements of Fire, Water, Air, and Earth across dynamic musical rounds. Each dancer begins by representing a chosen element, then switches elements mid-battle, testing their creativity and versatility. In the Top 4 and Final Showdown, dancers select elements and musical genres, raising the stakes and showcasing their unique styles. After each round, the crowd votes to decide who best captures the essence of each element, ultimately crowning the winner.The battle takes place on Dec 14th from 3:30-5:00 PM at Kessler Studios. Don’t miss this electrifying experience!

Each year, the East Kessler Neighborhood Association hosts a free neighborhood music festival, where multiple homes transform their porches into live performance stages. Kessler Studios is one of the stops along the trail, and we’re the liveliest spot, featuring multiple performances, food, and drink vendors.

This year, we’re excited to introduce a 6 DJ set and the debut of Music Safari’s Battle of the Elements – an electrifying dance battle where top dancers embody the elements of Fire, Water, Air, and Earth across dynamic musical rounds. The crowd gets to vote and crown the ultimate winner!

Yes, the neighborhood music festival is free for everyone. Feel free to explore all the homes, including our outdoor stop at Kessler Studios. However, VIP tickets are available for $20, offering additional perks and preferred access.

While the event and our stop are free, a $20 VIP ticket grants you:
Access to an open bar (featuring Still Austin liquor and Good Spirits CBD drinks)
Preferred viewing by the DJ during the afterparty set
Indoor Lounge connected to the stage

There’s a $2 public parking garage near Methodist Hospital, just a 5-minute walk from Kessler Studios. Detailed instructions and pictures will be emailed a few days before the event, but HERE IT IS.
